To the Editor: Andrew Cuomo condemned, as well he should, Donald Trump after the President threatened to defund New York and other cities because of their alleged failure to control crime, violence, and anarchy.

Cuomo said New Yorkers know how to stand up to a bully. If that was the case, Democratic primary voters (especially in New York City), would long ago have voted Cuomo out of office. A difference between Cuomo and Trump is that one is a bully who as much as possible tries to cover his tracks, while the other reveals what he is virtually every time he tweets or opens his mouth.

It's ironic that the pot is calling the kettle black.
