To the Editor: President Trump’s attempt to pressure Ukraine’s President to help him in the 2020 election by investigating one of his potential opponents was yet another clear signal that Trump thinks he is above the law. It should also be yet another clear signal to lawmakers that it’s long past time to hold him accountable and move forward with impeachment as quickly as possible.

Soliciting a foreign government’s help in U.S. elections is an impeachable offense, and just one of numerous impeachable offenses Trump has committed starting from the very moment he was inaugurated. Many of Trump’s other numerous impeachable offenses are listed at

No wonder public support for impeachment grows every day. If Trump were anyone else, he’d already be in prison. The mountain of evidence against Trump has even convinced some high-profile Republicans to come out in support of the House of Representatives’ #impeachment inquiry.

Trump has positioned himself in opposition to the law, constitutional mandates, justice, and transparency.

That’s why it’s time for lawmakers to stand up to Trump before it’s too late. No one is above the law.

Congress would do well to swiftly draft articles of impeachment and vote to impeach Donald Trump.

I guess your OK with former VP Joe Biden's quid pro quo to hold back a billion dollars in U.S. aid to the Ukraine unless they fire the prosecutor investigating his son Hunter Biden. No mention of that in your left leaning spin article. Transcripts of the phone call already showed no pressure or quid pro quo by Trump. This was also backed by Zelensky's own testimony at a joint press conference. Stop it with the Liberal propaganda already.
