To the Editor: The NYC Retired Management Employees Association is circulating a petition expressing concerns about Mayor de Blasio's alleged attempts to get the Municipal Labor Committee to agree to limit retirees' supplemental medical coverage to two managed-care plans. Is this true? If so, what can we do about it?
