To the Editor: It's bad enough that on June 16 a 92-year-old retired schoolteacher got knocked to the ground for no reason at all. But why was her attacker, 31-year-old Rashid Brimmage, still free after 103 arrests? His record includes similar attacks and sex offenses.
Brimmage will finally be held, since bail was set at $50,000, which is $50,000 more than that homeless man has.
