The sexual-harassment allegations against Governor Cuomo made by three women, two of them former subordinates in his office, if true would constitute more-egregious behavior than the patronizing of a high-priced call girl that led to Gov. Eliot Spitzer's resignation 13 years ago.
Though Mr. Spitzer's conduct was more-salacious, it involved sex-for-money between consenting adults. Mr. Cuomo is accused of verbal and/or physical harassment by the three women, and in two of the cases creating a hostile work environment for his accusers.
