A Teacher required her students to make and send handmade holiday cards to a friend of hers serving time in an upstate correctional facility who was once charged with possession of child pornography, suggesting that they include their names and addresses on the cards without consulting with their parents, according to a Feb. 15 report from Special Commissioner of Investigation Richard Condon.
