Unions Blast Supreme Court Rejection Of Biden 'Private' Vaccination Mandate

Unions and public-health advocates were sharply critical of the U.S. Supreme Court's Jan. 13 rejection of the Biden Administration's requirement that private firms with 100 or more employees require them to be vaccinated or submit to weekly coronavirus testing.

The conservative majority provided the 6-3 vote dismissing the requirement, which had been based on the U.S. Department of Labor's Occupational Safety and Health Administration finding that the virus posed a significant workplace danger that warranted the mandate.
