A Federal judge in Texas has ruled for American Airlines in its lawsuit accusing union mechanics of persistently engaging in an illegal work slowdown to pressure the company to give them a new contract despite a previous judicial order.
The company brought the suit in May after the grounding of all Boeing 737 MAX planes after two of them crashed, claiming 346 lives.
