Members of the Council of School Supervisors and Administrators, joined by those belonging to other unions including District Council 37 and the United Federation of Teachers, turned out despite occasional rain Sept. 7 for the annual Labor Day Parade up Fifth Ave. sponsored by the AFL-CIO New York City Central Labor Council.
