Social-service employees represented by Local 371 of District Council 37 are thrilled about the acquittal of a Juvenile Counselor charged with choking a teen inmate 2½ years ago.
Rafael Pasols was found not guilty of all charges stemming from an incident that occurred at the Horizon Juvenile Center in The Bronx, which is run by the Administration for Children’s Services.
