Governor Cuomo has sprinkled in a fair amount of personal details in his daily briefings about efforts to get the coronavirus under control here, but he stepped it up March 31 with an object lesson after his brother Chris, anchor of CNN's "Cuomo Prime Time," tested positive for the disease.
He disclosed that his brother would be quarantined in his basement, away from his wife and three children, and had joked "Even the dogs won't go near me."
