Amid the sudden flurry of activity from the de Blasio administration regarding the Correction Department, with the Mayor feigning shock that things have gotten out of control at Rikers Island, we thought some perspective might be in order.
If it's true that 90 percent of life is showing up, it's no surprise that the Mayor's grades for his handling of the jail system would match those of John Belushi's character in "Animal House."
