DCAS Hosts Conference on Racial Inequities Within City Agencies

The Department of Citywide Administrative Services has been working to address systemic inequities in the workplace by launching its Race Equity Initiative in the aftermath of the police killing of George Floyd in Minneapolis 10 months ago.

Like much of city government, DCAS has a large percentage of black and brown workers: about 72 percent of its staffers are people of color.
