CSBA Leader Fishman Re-Elected Unopposed

Civil Service Bar Association President Saul Fishman was unopposed when recently elected to a fourth three-year term heading the union for city Attorneys who are eligible for representation because their work is not considered managerial or confidential.

He said in a statement that he and the rest of his 15-member slate faced no challenges because of their good work on behalf of members on matters ranging from dealing with the coronavirus to avoiding layoffs, as well as student-loan reduction, paid family leave, grievance and disciplinary representation, gaining fair distribution of monetary benefits and "keeping the members informed about the early-retirement incentive."
