Amid rising concern about coronavirus patients with lingering complications, the NYC Health + Hospitals Test and Trace Corps Take Care program is launching a campaign to help those living with long-haul effects of the disease, including essential workers who became infected on the job.
The ramping-up of the outreach comes as calls for a health registry for COVID survivors, along the lines of the 9/11 World Trade Center Health Program, are getting traction in Albany.
