The Civilian Complaint Review Board has appointed Mina Quinto Malik, a career prosecutor who was most recently Special Counsel to Brooklyn District Attorney Kenneth P. Thompson, as its new Executive Director.
Ms. Malik replaces Tracy Catapano-Fox, who is suing the city over her firing.
