Governor Cuomo, State Attorney General Eric Schneiderman and Democrats in the State Legislature are making New York a center of resistance to President Trump’s positions on immigration and abortion rights.
Mr. Schneiderman and Mr. Cuomo blasted Mr. Trump’s executive order of Jan. 27 that temporarily barred anyone from seven majority-Muslim countries from entering the United States and stopped the admission of all refugees.
