It's election season, not only nationally but also for TWU Local 100. And once again, the Utano/Samuelsen administration is busy disenfranchising voters, as well as disqualifying people from running for Convention Delegate.
About 10 years ago, the bylaws were amended to allow both officers’ elections and convention-delegate elections to be held simultaneously. It was designed to save the union money.
