A poll taken this past week found that 29 percent of New Yorkers believe that Congress should just move on and take no action following the Mueller investigation. These are the same folks who will tell you ad nauseam how important it is to hold criminals accountable to both prevent repeat behavior on the part of the offender and to send a clear message to other would-be criminals.
