I’ve been reading The Chief regularly for several years. I do not work in the public sector, nor am I in a union. I value the Chief as an invaluable source of news and analysis for politics and government in the city.
Most people do not realize this. I urge friends to read The Chief, and they respond that they thought that The Chief was only for job-seekers and union members. I respond that while The Chief has information of particular interest to job-seekers, civil servants and union members, its content comprises a wealth of news and analysis on matters of politics and governance that are of broad interest, inasmuch as these matters intimately affect all citizens.
