The 9/11 Memorial and Museum staff intends to place 9,000 unidentified human remains from 9/11/01 in the basement of the 9/11 Museum at WTC, which was severely flooded by Hurricane Sandy waters. It would be wise for officials to change their poor plan and move the remains to the Memorial Plaza in a tomb, akin to the Unknown Soldier, where DNA testing could continue.
