North Carolina’s passage of the HB2 legislation begs the question: who exactly will check for and enforce this law? This is an onerous law that has merit in theory, but is totally impractical to administer.
The boycott by celebrities and businesses is a politically-correct overreaction to the situation, but one that these individuals and entities are well within their rights to exercise.
