U.S. Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-Calif.) released the testimony of Fusion GPS co-founder Glenn Simpson, who testified for more than 20 hours before the Senate Judiciary Committee investigating the Steele “dossier.”
Sen. Charles Grassley (R-Iowa) had said he would release the transcripts, but then said he would not. So Feinstein took charge. The evidence obtained by the investigation reportedly showed that contrary to statements by Grassley, Christopher Steele and Fusion GPS were trying to find out the truth about the Russian interference into the presidential election, and that Glenn Simpson was cooperative and truthful in his testimony.
