The headline for Joseph Cannisi’s “Move Out of Utopia” letter (Sept. 8 issue) perfectly summed up its condescension and simple-mindedness. It’s a shame that after numerous previous letters that usually showed great wisdom, Cannisi has regressed into nothing more than a hack for the Clinton wing of the Democratic Party.
He shows the same problem of many allegedly realistic Democrats. He doesn’t know the difference between compromise and surrender.
