I would like to thank Richard Steier for telling it like it is (April 15 editorial). The quick and concise response to the outrageous remarks of Assemblyman Charles Barron, aka Avowed Cop-hating Racist, was commendable.
Barron said when referring to the passing of BLA member and unrepentant convicted cop-killer Anthony Laborde that he demanded an investigation of his death, saying that...“he was a political prisoner...it seemed the system wants members of the black liberation movement to die in prison.”
