The schizophrenic man who allegedly car-jacked an ambulance and fatally ran over FDNY Emergency Medical Technician Yadira Arroyo in The Bronx a year ago has been found psychologically “unfit” to stand trial. The results of the court-ordered independent psychiatric evaluation of Jose Gonzalez were presented in court on April 2.
Bronx District Attorney Darcel Clark has until April 13 to decide whether her office will accept that evaluation or challenge the findings.
