The performance of the key witness in the case of Joseph Percoco, the former aide to Governor Cuomo on trial for accepting bribes, brought back memories of the Norman Seabrook case.
Mr. Seabrook, former president of the Correction Officers Benevolent Association, was charged with accepting a $60,000 bribe in exchange for investing $20 million in union money in a hedge fund that later went bankrupt.
