Ten Transport Workers Union Local 100 members, who were part of the rescue-and-recovery efforts at the World Trade Center site and have all developed 9/11-related health issues, were honored by their union earlier this month.
This was the third year the union awarded its Injured 9/11 Rescue and Recovery Medal.
