The city Laborer who won a significant retaliation case against the Department of Citywide Administrative Services is demanding that his union, District Council 37’s Local 924, pick up his legal expenses for the claim that he brought before the Board of Collective Bargaining.
On Oct. 16, the BCB ruled that Christopher Fulgieri, a DCAS laborer since 2006, had been improperly retaliated against because he had complained about workplace issues, including how overtime was assigned and alleged nepotism.
