Uneasy But Energized, Public-Sector Unions Gird for Fallout From ‘Janus’

Across the country, public-sector labor unions are bracing for a U.S. Supreme Court’s ruling in the Janus case that could strip them of their ability to automatically collect “agency fees” from those they represent who chose not to become members.

For union leaders, the big questions are how a post-Janus America will change and how can they prepare for it.
