Right or wrong, the Metropolitan Transportation Authority can’t keep her in limbo without a paycheck.
That’s the message Martin Druyan, a longtime labor attorney representing Train Operator Aishah Miller, gave after his client filed suit last month against both the agency and her union, Transport Workers Union Local 100.
