New York’s Teachers unions have backed former City Council Member Robert Jackson in the race to replace Adriano Espaillat in the 31st State Senate district.
The 31st District includes Inwood, Washington Heights, Marble Hill and Hamilton Heights, and parts of the Upper West Side, Hell’s Kitchen and Chelsea.
