The president of the Sergeants’ Benevolent Association has a message for elected officials: accountability is not just for cops, it’s for you, too.
In a letter to members, Edward D. Mullins asked them to “utilize your smart phones to photograph the homeless lying in our streets, aggressive panhandlers, people urinating in public or engaging in open-air drug activity and quality-of-life offenses of every type.”
