Sergeants Benevolent Association President Edward D. Mullins said last week that Police Commissioner William J. Bratton is done.
“I honestly believe it’s time for Bratton to go,” he said at a breakfast with reporters April 20. “I think it’s time he steps down and takes some responsibility for what’s been occurring in the NYPD in the past two weeks.”
