Sergeants Benevolent Association President Edward D. Mullins predicted that the stop-and-frisk ruling that has shaken the Police Department will be reversed, but said it’ll take the nation’s highest court to do it.
“I believe she will be overturned,” Mr. Mullins said Sept. 24 of U.S. District Judge Shira A. Scheindlin at a monthly speakers forum sponsored by 5W Public Relations. “We see this as a Supreme Court case.”
