The president of the Sergeants Benevolent Association downplayed what the New York Post called “a potential cheating scandal” involving SBA members who took a makeup promotional test for Lieutenant last year.
“It’s inappropriate to look at this as possible cheating,” SBA President Edward D. Mullins said in an interview Feb. 25. “This is a flaw in the system.”
