U.S. Sen. Bernie Sanders recently delivered a message that postal unions could celebrate: he endorsed postal banking, a proposal they cherish.
The independent from Vermont, who is running for President as a Democrat, spoke at the American Postal Workers Union’s Oct. 14 conference in Las Vegas, saying that the USPS was under “constant and vicious attack” by opponents who want to privatize it.
