Joseph Percoco, a close aide to Governor Cuomo and his father for three decades, was sentenced to six years in Federal prison Sept. 20 for taking $315,000 in bribes from developers and an energy company in return for using his influence to smooth their dealings with the state.
Mr. Percoco, 49, of Westchester County, will serve three years of supervised release after his finishes his prison term. U.S. District Judge Valerie Caproni said she was still determining what fines and restitution to order.
