An arrest for drunk-driving, cocaine possession and other charges has cost Steve Cassidy, the longtime president of the Uniformed Firefighters Association, his job as Executive Director of the Fire Pension Fund.
Two sources close to the Pension Fund confirmed that Mr. Cassidy’s deputy, Lieut. Pat Quinn, will serve as the acting director.
