OSHA Fines MTA $52,500 In Whistleblower Harass

Retaliation cases can be difficult to prove.

That did not appear to be the case when the Occupational Safety and Health Administration awarded a New York City Transit employee $52,500 as a whistleblower for helping to expose safety hazards in a Brooklyn maintenance shop.
