NYPD’s Band-Aid Move To Alter Stop-and-Frisk

The NYPD reports that stop-and-frisk encounters have dropped to a record-low 46,235—a staggering decrease from the high of 685,724 in 2011.

But now, the department is reforming its stop-and-frisk practice.
