The new NYPD Inspector General released his first annual report last week, saying that he had received 150 complaints and farmed two-thirds of them out to other agencies, principally the Police Department’s Internal Affairs Bureau.
The complaints “did not concern systemic issues, and were more appropriately suited for other entities,” ac-cording to an announcement March 31 from the Inspector General, Philip K. Eure.
