No Jail Time for Cop Who Pleads Guilty In Bronx Ticket-Fixing

A second police officer who served as a Patrolmen’s Benevolent Association delegate last week pleaded guilty in the Bronx ticket-fixing case and then walked out of the courtroom a free man.

Christopher Manzi, 45, admitted to one count of fourth-degree grand larceny. The indictment had charged him with 152 counts of grand larceny, conspiracy, criminal solicitation, official misconduct and obstructing governmental administration.
