New MTA President Blew the Whistle On ‘Bridgegate’ Scandal

Pat Foye, the former Executive Director of the Port Authority, has been named the President of the Metropolitan Transportation Authority, according to a statement from MTA chair Joe Lhota.

Mr. Foye, whose tumultuous six-year term at the helm of the Port Authority included the Bridgegate scandal, assumed his role at the MTA last week. He had previously served as an MTA board member.
