The city plans to dedicate a section of the Municipal Library in honor of a Stationary Engineer at the Long Island City Courthouse who died in a fall in 2008.
The Henry Chang Memorial Center for Mechanical Engineering will be equipped with specialized software, hard-copy materials and implements used to calculate potential energy savings, the Department of Citywide Administrative Services announced April 22.
