Manhattan Borough President Gale Brewer’s 19th-floor office in the Municipal Building felt more like a SoHo gallery on Sept. 17, when she hosted an art show featuring the work of two members of District Council 37’s Local 375 and a longtime employee of the United Federation of Teachers.
Former Mayor David Dinkins, for whom the 1 Centre St. building is named, was also in attendance.
