Notwithstanding 10 years in the post, and successes to show for, it, Thomas Mungeer, president of the New York State Troopers Police Benevolent Association, is seeking a fourth full term as head of the union.
“You would think I would know better by now, but there’s still some unfinished business,” Mr. Mungeer, 50, said, partially tongue-in-cheek, during a Jan. 2 phone interview.
