Most City Managers Get 10.42% Hikes Via de Blasio Memo

Nearly 17,000 non-unionized workers in city agencies will receive 10.42-percent raises over a five-year, 10-month period following two personnel orders signed by Mayor de Blasio and announced Jan. 30 by the New York City Managerial Employees Association.

The new provisions, retroactive to Sept. 1, 2011, run through July 1, 2017 and align with the raises ratified by members of District Council 37, including a $1,000 lump-sum bonus for employees.
