An employee of the city Department of Correction was arrested March 12 and charged with lying on a job application by claiming she had no previous gang affiliations when in fact she was acquainted with gang members and had been one herself, the Department of Investigation announced.
Breanne Riley, 24, of Brooklyn, was a Legal Coordinator with DOC and applying to become a Correction Officer. She was suspended from her $46,804-a-year job after her arrest.
