City Firefighter Christopher Slutman was killed April 8 by the detonation of a roadside bomb north of Kabul, Afghanistan, where he was on active duty as a Marine reservist.
Firefighter Slutman, 43, had 15 years on the job and leaves behind his wife Shannon and three young daughters. He worked with Bronx Ladder Companies 17 and 27.
